Unique accreditation combination in Switzerland:
Eurofins Scientific AG is listed by SAS under STS No. 0063 as a testing laboratory (ISO 17025/2005) and as an inspection service and under SIS No. 0020 (ISO 17020). We are the only private testing laboratory with this combination of testing laboratory and inspection service.
Why ISO 17020:
The inspection body of Eurofins Scientific supports you in all matters in which legal requirements must be met. This includes the food law, which prescribes a minimum number of annual analyses for catering establishments such as: "nursing homes, hospitals, restaurants, takeaways, etc.".
This includes the drinking and bathing water ordinance, which requires legionella monitoring and bathing water control for: Businesses and public buildings that house or care for people such as hotels and nursing homes, as well as sports facilities with shower facilities and the like.
Our employees have many years of experience in the catering industry and can communicate with the kitchen staff at eye level, as they themselves have many years of experience in the catering industry.
Your advantages, we are audited in regular intervals as the cantonal food control, in order to be able to guarantee for our customers a constant quality, which is continuously improved.
We are an independent inspection body that focuses on its core tasks and does not try to sell cleaning products after the inspection has been completed.

Why ISO 17025:
In the background to sampling, accredited analyses and reliable results are mandatory. Through our location in Schönenwerd, we can guarantee exactly that to our customers.
All microbiological parameters are accredited at our site.

Location Schönenwerd (SO):
We are centrally located and within 1h to most major cities, such as Basel, Bern, Lucerne and Zurich. So ideally we can offer you our courier service. Sample collection to Lake Constance, Zug but also to Lausanne and other locations in French-speaking Switzerland are possible. The courier vehicles are logged and refrigerated so that your product remains at a constant temperature until it arrives at our site. The sample acception is possible until 4 pm.
